Sound familiar?
If any of this sounds like you, you're exactly who we coach.
Stairs feel steeper than they did five years ago.
You've quietly stopped carrying things you used to carry.
You'd like to train — but you're worried one wrong lift will set you back months.
Gyms feel like they were built for 25-year-olds who already know what they're doing.
You keep telling yourself you'll start 'once you're a bit fitter.'
None of this means you're too late. It means nobody ever showed you how — properly, safely, and at your pace.
The truth about ageing
Age doesn't make people weak.
Avoiding strength training does.
Strength is the single most trainable quality at any age. The body you have at 65 is decided by what you do at 45.
Why strength matters after 45
This isn't about looking like a bodybuilder. It's about staying capable.
Sarcopenia is real — and reversible
Adults lose 3–8% of muscle mass per decade after 30, accelerating after 60. Structured resistance training is the only proven way to slow and reverse it.
Independence
Carrying groceries, climbing stairs, getting off the floor unassisted — every one of these is a strength skill. Train it now, keep it for decades.
Mobility & joint health
Properly loaded movement strengthens the muscles around your knees and back — often reducing the discomfort that made you hesitant to start.
Longevity & healthspan
Grip strength and leg strength are among the strongest predictors of healthy lifespan. Muscle is your metabolic reserve for later life.
Active ageing
Travel, golf, grandchildren, decades of plans — strength is what keeps every one of them on the table.
The best time to start was ten years ago. The second-best time is this week.

Your first session
Here's exactly how it goes.

1 · Arrive
The GlobalTNF Hub sits right by the Bef Sultan Mque bus stop on North Bridge Road. You can't miss the sign.

2 · A warm welcome
Walk through the glass doors on Level 2. A coach greets you by name — you'll never wander a gym floor alone.

3 · Your Body Audit
We start in the lounge with a relaxed 30-minute assessment. Knees, back, history, goals — everything on the table.

4 · Coached, every rep
On the strength floor, your coach teaches technique first. Nothing is loaded until your form is safe.

5 · Leave feeling capable
Small classes mean real conversations. Most first-timers are surprised by one thing: how at home they feel.
6 · Your decision
No pressure, no contract on the spot. If it's for you, we'll map your next 90 days. If not, you leave with your Body Audit and our beginner guide — free.
See exactly what to expect
Take the 30-second walk — before you ever arrive.
The street. The sign. The entrance. The lounge where your Body Audit happens, and the floor where you'll train. By the time you visit, it will already feel familiar.
- ✓Spot the GLOBALTNF sign from the bus stop
- ✓Through the five-foot way to the Level 2 entrance
- ✓The lounge, consult room and strength floor
"I know exactly where I'm going." — that's the goal.

Questions, answered honestly
Everything first-timers ask us
No — and this is the question we hear most. Research consistently shows adults build meaningful strength and muscle in their 50s, 60s and beyond. Most of our members started later in life. Every session is scaled to your current level, not anyone else's.
Tell us at your Body Audit — that's exactly what it's for. Our coaches are experienced in working around joint history and will select and scale movements your body can do safely. Many members find that properly coached strength work reduces day-to-day discomfort over time. (If you're under medical care, we'll work within your doctor's or physio's guidance.)
Perfect — you have no bad habits to unlearn. Your first session is technique-first: nothing is loaded until your form is safe. With max 6 people per class, a coach is watching every rep.
Anything comfortable you can move in — a t-shirt, shorts or track pants, and flat-soled shoes. Bring a water bottle; we handle the rest.
None. No contract on the spot, no payment details required to book, no pressure. If it's not for you, you still leave with your Body Audit results and our beginner's guide.
Your future self will thank you for starting today.
One free session. One Body Audit. One decision your 65-year-old self is counting on.
